And, what about the health of the planet? Fast-food - organic or conventional - is all single wrapped in paper, plastic or Styrofoam. So, the waste factor is still the same.

While I have been a customer at Evos and enjoyed their food, I am not sold on the fact that it is full of healthy nutrients or that it is better for the environment. Tell me what you think.
